1. What is far infrared : 
Infrared is an electromagnetic radiation with wavelength range of 0.76~1,000 um. The wavelength is separated into 3 wavelengths -- near, mid and far infrared. The range of 4~1,000 um is called far infrared.


2. Far infrared is suitable for human body absorption and utilization :

radiation wavelength of the human body surface is about 4~16 um. The wavelength of far infrared is similar with human’s radiation.  That’s the reason why far infrared is suitable for human body absorbing and utilizing.
 
3. The generation of infrared :
Any substance in nature absorbs or radiates electromagnetic waves at absolute temperature (-273 ° C) or higher.
